I'm Sabrina Castillo
I’ve been a big dreamer my entire life, and I know what it feels like when your vision is bigger than your confidence. At 23, I launched my first PR firm and worked with top Latino music artists, only to walk away when doubt overshadowed my dream. Since then, I’ve built multiple businesses, led teams at the director level, and created NYC’s first sold-out personal development conference for Latinas.
I know what it feels like to chase a big dream without a clear roadmap, because that’s been my journey. I've taken big risks, only to walk away when doubt overshadowed my dream.Â
I know what it’s like to second-guess every move, to spin in “not enough,” and to wonder if walking away would be easier. I am more than a coach, I am a thought and strategic partner who stops the cycle of doubt so you can create the business you desire.
Today, I’m and entrepreneur, a mom, wife, and the founder of the Latina Growth Network and creator of Confident CEO, my signature program for ambitious women ready to stop spinning, step into their CEO identity, and scale with confidence, and momentum.
